Recovery Pathways & Pricing
Recovery looks different depending on where you start. Our pricing reflects phases of recovery, not accommodation alone.

How Our Pricing Works
At Somerton Lodge, pricing is based on levels of support and recovery phases, not length of stay alone.
The period immediately after detox requires the highest level of structure, containment, and staff input. Once someone is stabilised — whether they arrive through detox or not — the work shifts toward integration, routine, and consistency, and the weekly rate reflects that change.
This approach supports better outcomes and encourages people to give recovery the time it genuinely needs.

Detox & Stabilisation Pathway
Best for:
People who need a medically supported detox followed by structured recovery time.
Description
Detox clears the body, but recovery takes time for the nervous system, emotions, and thinking to settle. This pathway provides a supported transition from detox into recovery — without rushing or abrupt discharge.
Includes
-
Medically supported detox via clinical partners
-
Seamless transition into Somerton Lodge
-
High-support post-detox stabilisation
-
Structured daily routine and recovery work
Pricing
14-Day Medical Detox & Stabilisation Programme: £6,485
This two-week programme includes medically managed detox followed by a structured stabilisation phase — the critical period where the body settles, sleep begins to regulate, and early recovery patterns are established.
Ongoing recovery integration (optional): £1,805 per week
Many clients choose to remain for a further period of structured recovery integration, allowing routines, thinking patterns, and emotional stability to consolidate before returning home.

Recovery Integration Stay
Best for:
People who are already detoxed or stabilised (elsewhere) and need time to consolidate recovery.
Description
This pathway focuses on integration rather than crisis management — helping people build routine, consistency, and confidence in recovery.
Focus
-
Daily structure and rhythm
-
Emotional regulation and pattern awareness
-
Recovery-focused work and reflection
-
Stability, responsibility, and momentum
Pricing from £1,805 per week

Recovery Retreat
Best for:
People who are sober or stable and do not require detox, but recognise the value of stepping back for a period of structured support and reflection.
This may suit you if you feel the pace of everyday life has started to dilute your focus, or if you simply want protected time to strengthen your recovery foundation.
Description
This is not a holiday and not a clinical admission. It is a structured recovery retreat for people who need to step away from everyday pressures and refocus on recovery and wellbeing.
Focus
-
A calm, alcohol-free setting
-
A gentle but consistent daily structure
-
Recovery-focused sessions and guided reflection
-
Time for journalling, reading, walking, and integration
-
Support from experienced recovery professionals
Pricing
Starting at £1,540 per week
About Your Length of Stay
Recovery is not something to rush. While short stays are possible, most people benefit from allowing enough time for stability, routine, and confidence to develop before returning home.
We will always discuss suitability and length of stay openly, based on individual needs.
Not Sure Which Pathway Fits?
Choosing the right starting point matters. If you’re unsure which pathway is appropriate, we’ll talk it through with you calmly and honestly.
Somerton Lodge is an alcohol-free recovery environment. We do not offer emergency admissions or crisis detox outside of planned clinical pathways.
