14-Day Medical Detox & Stabilisation Programme
£4,995–£6,995, depending on clinical assessment

Every guest receives a full 14-day stay at Somerton Lodge, including medically supported detox, stabilisation, accommodation and structured recovery support.

The exact cost is determined following a clinical assessment and reflects the level of medical intervention and monitoring required during the detox phase.

Enhanced Medical Support — £6,995

The appropriate level of medical support is determined by the clinical team and cannot be selected on price. Accommodation and post-detox recovery support remain the same in both cases.​

Why 14 Days?​

The programme combines medically supported detox with a structured stabilisation period, giving the body time to settle, sleep to begin regulating and the individual time to start engaging with recovery before returning home or moving on to the next stage of their recovery.​

Ongoing Recovery Integration (optional): £1,995 per week

Many clients choose to remain for a further period of structured recovery integration, allowing routines, thinking patterns, and emotional stability to consolidate before returning home.

This programme provides time for physical stabilisation, recovery education, daily structure, peer support, personal development, and the implementation of sustainable recovery practices through the Quintiva Framework and Integrated Step Course.​
